Hi! I’m Noreen. I enjoy creating (and eating) nutritious meals with wholesome real ingredients that make you feel good. I love distance running or any endurance sport really. Over the years I have figured out what makes me feel the best mentally and physically. Most of the food on this blog will be vegetarian based with occasional seafood.
My aspiration for starting this blog is to share delicious recipes, nutritional values of ingredients, and a little motivation to exercise regularly. My wonderful partner, Nathan, has graciously been my best critic and helped motivate me to begin this journey.
